To help us verify orders and ensure successful deliveries, Mama Love may request an advance payment before dispatch.
For orders of PKR 10,000 or above, an advance payment may be required as part of our order verification process.
Mama Love may also request an advance payment for orders below PKR 10,000, depending on factors such as the customer's delivery location, the nature or value of the product, and other order-related considerations.
The required advance amount is generally between PKR 500 and PKR 2,000 and will be communicated to the customer by our team.
Customers who choose to pay the full order amount in advance will receive an additional 5% discount on their order.
Orders requiring an advance payment will be processed for dispatch once the required payment has been confirmed. If the requested advance is not received within the specified time, Mama Love may cancel the order.
Advance payments are adjusted against the total order amount and are not an additional charge.
