Acceptance of Terms By using MamaLove.pk (the “Site”) and/or placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who We Are MamaLove.pk is an online and physical retailer offering products for maternity, babies and children. References to “we,” “us” or “our” mean MamaLove.pk.

Account Registration You may browse without an account. Creating an account requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders and Contract Formation Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment Prices on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes only where stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made using the accepted payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if payment authorization fails.

Shipping and Delivery We deliver within Pakistan and to locations advertised on the Site. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If you provide incorrect delivery details, additional charges or delays may apply.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Our Returns Policy governs returns, refunds and exchanges. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging where applicable. Certain items (e.g., opened personal care products) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed after we inspect returned items.
