Refund policy

  • Exchange & Refund Policy — MamaLove.pk

    • General: MamaLove.pk does not provide refunds except as stated below.
    • Damaged/Broken on Delivery: If you receive a damaged or broken product, you must send a clear photo (screenshot) of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
    • 7-Day Exchange: We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for clothing and footwear, and for items incorrectly fulfilled by our staff (wrong item sent). Exchanges apply only to size or colour changes or to replace incorrect items.
    • Non-Exchangeable Items: Toys, baby gear, and similar items are not eligible for exchange.
    • Condition for Exchange: Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable.
    • How to Request an Exchange/Return: Contact our customer support with your order number and photos (if damage). Await confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.
    • Processing: Exchanges are processed after we inspect the returned item. If approved, we will arrange the replacement or store credit per your request.
    • Shipping for Exchanges/Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
    • Refunds: Where a refund is approved under these terms, refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and may take several business days to appear.
    • Fraud & Abuse: False claims or misuse of this policy may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
