Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Is the included mattress firm enough for safe newborn sleep?

A: Yes, the crib comes with a supportive, flat mattress designed to satisfy pediatric guidelines for safe newborn sleep posture.

Q: How do I assemble the Kidilo BJJ-658P crib upon arrival?

A: Setup requires no external tools. Unfold the main steel chassis, insert the side support tubes until they click into place, fit the supportive mattress base into the bottom pocket, and stretch the dome mosquito net over the top frame locks.

Q: How do I adjust the crib to match my bed height?

A: Locate the height adjustment levers on both side legs. Press and hold the release buttons on each side simultaneously to slide the crib up or down through the multi-level positions until the crib mattress lies level with your bed mattress.

Q: How do I use the anti-reflux incline mode safely?

A: Adjust one side leg 1 to 2 height levels higher than the opposite leg. This creates a gentle incline that keeps your baby's head slightly elevated above their stomach to prevent milk regurgitation and relieve congestion after feeding.
